Have this ever felt helpless when you made a document which you saved it in office 2007 format and when you gone to take printout from another computer you can't access the document because this computer is equip-ted with office 2003.Then here is a solution for your problem.Just follow the easy instructions.
1.Click on office ribbon (at top left corner)
2.Click on word options.
3.click on save tab
4.check the option of save files in this format and select " word word 97-2003 document (*.doc)"
5.Hit ok.
Thats it.
now whenever you will save the document in microsoft word 2007.It will automatically be saved in word 2003 format i.e. .DOC
