This is in reference to the above mentioned subject I want to inform you that I Your Name (EMP ID......,Position ....) request you to accept my resignation from XYZ Pvt. Ltd. with a notice period of 30 days effective today.

This wasn’t an easy decision; but I am grateful to the management for this employment with XYZ where I have faced an unmatched experience and unexpected personal challenges. But after long hours of consideration, I have decided to move ahead for better prospects. I am really impressed and admire the intelligence and leadership of yours while working for Image.

It has been a good learning experience while heading Sales & Operations team. I would be happy to help if, I can be of any assistance during this transition of my Notice period.

I am thankful for all that support and co-operation extended by my juniors and timely guidance and advise by you. It was wonderful working with you and the kind of freedom extended to me. Hope we cross paths again.

I request you to kindly settle all my dues from accounts at the time my relieving (last working day) from XYZ.
